SAMPLE CONFERENCE ITINERARY

2 Nights, staying at Crieff Hydro

Day 1

• Transfer provided from Glasgow or Edinburgh airport to Crieff Hydro
• Delegates receive a warm Scottish welcome (including bagpipes) on their arrival to Crieff Hydro
• Private check-in
• Mid morning refreshments served
• There will be time for delegates to relax and explore the grounds and spa facilities before taking afternoon tea in the bar or a private room, with a talk on Crieff Hydro and its history
• Dinner to be served at Crieff Hydro

Day 2

• A full Scottish breakfast is served before delegates are transferred from Crieff Hydro to Perth Concert Hall for all day-conference
• Evening: Return to Crieff Hydro for a Scottish themed gala dinner. An after dinner ceilidh can be provided or alternatively guests may wish to enjoy a ‘Beating Retreat’ display.

Day 3

• A full Scottish breakfast is served before delegates are transferred from Crieff Hydro to Glasgow or Edinburgh airport

SAMPLE INCENTIVE ITINERARY

3 Nights, staying at Gleneagles Hotel (arriving mid-afternoon)

Day 1

• A private chauffeur or a luxury coach transfer from Glasgow or Edinburgh airport will ensure guests arrive at Gleneagles in comfort
• Guests choose from one of the following afternoon options;
• Evening at the Golf Academy – in preparation for a round the following morning
• A guided whisky tour and whisky tasting masterclass at the Famous Grouse Distillery
• Relax and indulge at The Spa
• Dinner – choose from one of Gleneagles’ four restaurants

Day 2

• A private chauffeur or a luxury coach will transfer guests from Gleneagles to Perth Racecourse to enjoy a day at the races
• Dinner – choose from one of Gleneagles’ four restaurants

Day 3

• Highland Games – following the opening ceremony, enjoy demonstrations by the athletes with a few guests participating, or a competition involving everyone.  Traditional events include tossing the caber, throwing the 5lb Scots hammer, haggis hurling and the Highland Fling
• Picnic lunch- a delicious picnic spread can be served on the lawn during the Games.  Enjoy the finest savouries and sweet treats whilst soaking up the atmosphere.
• Gala cocktails and dinner – a roaring Twenties theme is reflected in every detail, from the table décor to the menu, cocktails and music.  As dinner ends, guests are invited outside to enjoy the traditional ‘Beating Retreat’ by Gleneagles Pipe Band.

Day 4

• A light breakfast can be taken at leisure before the group check out of their rooms.
• If you are keen to explore the wild side of Scotland, let our off road instructors drive you on a Scenic Safari. 
• Lunch will be served in the hotel
• A private chauffeur or a luxury coach will transfer guests from Gleneagles Hotel to Glasgow or Edinburgh airport

Day 3:

• Check out before being transfered to BlueSky Experiences
• Morning meetings at BlueSky Experiences
• Lunch provided at BlueSky Experiences
• Afternoon: outdoor team events and activities (e.g. high ropes course, ultimate treasure hunt, quad biking etc)
• Departure
